Seameadows Supported Living seeks to work effectively with young people where there is a clear plan of assessment to ascertain levels of independence and plan to promote skills development. It is our expectation that referring social workers will be committed to working in partnership with ourselves and other agencies, and they will pass on all appropriate information about the young people referred to us.

Young people with high needs would have to be considered very carefully, by liaising with other professionals. Most need’s demonstrated can be meet with the right team and understanding of presenting issues, when all needs are shared and considered and the right approach is afforded to the young person in consultation.
